I love these on a Sunday morning with some real fresh coffee….bliss. These can be served with fresh fruit salad and live yoghurt for extra yumminess!

Ingredients
- 1 ripe medium bananas
- 2 eggs (free range or organic)
- 1 egg white (higher protein option)
- 1 dsp protein powder (optional)
- 1 dsp coconut or almond flour (optional)
- 1 dsp coconut oil
Directions
- Using a hand blender, blend all the ingredient together but the coconut oil.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan and using a table spoon drop the mixture into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes each side.
3. Serve on a plate with fresh berries, cherries and Greek yogurt (optional)
