I have this smoothie a couple of times a week as it is like a multivitamin that tastes great. Packed full of vitamins and minerals particularly folate, if you are using a Nutribullet then you get all the fiber as well!

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls spinach (or other leafy greens)
- 2 ribs of celery chopped
- 1 banana
- 75g blueberries
- 150 ml water, organic live yoghurt or nut/soy milk
- 1 dsp flax seeds
- 1 dsp protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp organic nut butter (optional)
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender (I use the Nutribullet) and blend for 1-2 minutes
